We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every program is tailored to your student's strengths, challenges, timeline, and goals.
Whether your student is just getting started or looking to improve an existing score, we build programs focused on content and test-taking strategy.
We begin with a diagnostic to identify strengths and gaps, then create a personalized study plan. Sessions are focused and efficient—we respect your student's time and work around their schedule, including athletics and extracurriculars.
What families can expect:
If your family is going through the independent or boarding school admissions process, we can help your student earn competitive scores and feel prepared on test day.
We know the ISEE at all levels—Lower, Middle, and Upper—and understand what top NYC independent schools are looking for. Many of our students have been admitted to schools like Horace Mann, Dalton, Spence, Trinity, Riverdale, and Deerfield Academy.
What families can expect:
Beyond test prep, we tutor specific subjects and help students build real study habits. Math, reading comprehension, writing, or a particular course your student is struggling with.
What families can expect:
Time management, organization, planning, prioritization, self-advocacy. These are the skills that hold everything else together. Our EF coaching program teaches them directly.
Our founder Kate holds a Professional Certificate in Learning Differences and Neurodiversity with a Specialization in Executive Function from the Landmark College Institute for Research & Training. Our team has worked extensively with neurodiverse learners and students with all kinds of learning profiles.
What families can expect:
The MCAT covers biology, chemistry, physics, psychology, and critical reasoning. We pair students with tutors who know the content and know the test.
Whether you're starting from scratch or focusing on specific sections, we'll build a realistic timeline that works around your coursework and clinical commitments.
What students can expect:
The LSAT rewards strategic preparation. Our tutors help students learn the patterns behind each question type and build the timing they need for test day.
What students can expect:
A strong GRE or GMAT score makes a difference. We build focused programs around the quantitative, verbal, and analytical skills each test requires.
What students can expect:
It depends entirely on the student. Some students see significant improvement in 7–15 hours, while others benefit from a longer engagement. We start with a diagnostic to set realistic expectations and build a plan from there.
We offer both. Many of our families are in New York City and the tristate area, but we work with students across the country via video sessions. Both formats are equally effective.
We consider subject area, learning style, personality, schedule, and goals. Our team covers a lot of ground across tests and subjects, and we take the time to find the right fit.
We have extensive experience working with neurodiverse learners and students with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. Our founder holds a professional certificate in Learning Differences and Neurodiversity from the Landmark College Institute. We can also help guide the accommodations process.
